Introduction
: The Ballyhoura mountain range covers approximately 90 square km. It contains Ireland's largest purpose built trail centre, with loops ranging from 5 to 50km, largely on singletrack, with some boardwalk sections up to 200m. The trail head is at Greenwood near Ardpatrick village and has showers and a bike wash. Nearby towns are Charleville and Kilmallock.

Trail Head Information
: From Limerick, take the N20 Cork road, turn left onto R518 for Kilmallock, passing through Bruree. Turn right at junction entering Kilmallock, drive straight though. Pass straight through Ardpatrick, turn right after 2km, signposted Glenanair. The trail centre is 1km ahead.
