Bike Budapest - Buda Hills Downhill Ride

Ride Duration: 30 Minutes depending on Route

Location (nearest city or town): Budapest, Hungary

Ride Type : FreeRide

Introduction: Budapest is divided by the Danube between Buda and Pest.

Pest id fine during the night.  But during the day Buda is the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Pest. It is fresh air, particularly in the hotter summer months. On the ride up with the Cog-Weel train you will see  some of the lavish residential villas, nice views, and there are other thing to explore like stalagmite caves, restaurants, etc. And then ride during the day in the Buda Hills city park.  The Buda Hills is served by a  cog-wheel railway, which can bring you up to the top all day long and then make your choice for your downhill trail - then repeat.

You will see other riders doing this ride on the Cogwheel train.  So ask is they can show you their local favorites rides.
